This year we’re going big for America’s 250th Anniversary and transforming History Day\, into History Week! On Tuesday June 30th\, join us in Historic Harmony for a free event bursting with fun\, facts\, and food! The Town of Historic Harmony will host authors\, historical re-enactments\, and family friendly programming to show what life was like in our neck of the woods 250 years ago. \nJoin the greats like George Washington and march through Harmony Pennsylvania. \nWe’re currently planning all of our events so check back here as we get closer to June for a full list of activities! \nFun\, Facts\, and Food:\nIn and Around Town: \n\nBake Oven – Live Demonstrations\nBottle Brush Gallery – Kids Art Project\nHarmony Museum: Join us for tours\nNeff Haus: Patriotic Ice cream that packs more flavor and color than a firework\nStewart Hall: America’s Painter- John Trumbull Exhibit\nStewart Hall: Painter and Author – Robert Griffing\nStewart Hall Wine Cellar – Step back in time as you descend step by step to tour the wine cellar under the Harmony Museum.\nWagner/Bentle Haus – Historic Bake Oven Experience\nWashington’s Cabin – Jason Cherry\, Author and Speaker\nWeaver’s Cabin – Live Demonstrations from experts and make your own Mug Rug for $3.\n\nThis event is brought to you in partnership by the towns and historical societies of Harmony and Zelienople in cooperation with local businesses and other nonprofits.
